Each week on Monday a new "Thought for the Week" will be introduced. These are quotes or thoughts that allow us to think critically and comment on the meaning we get from them. For example, look at the image of the quote above. What does that mean to you? Is being perfect important? What is important in life?
These thoughts are the basis for a journal entry you will need to complete each week. We will briefly read over the quote together and you will have table time to discuss what it may mean with your peers. On Friday you must hand in your written journal, which must be 8 sentences or more in length. This is not a rush job assignment, you have a whole week to think about and process a response to the "Thought".
Below are some sentence starters you can use to help you with your writing.
